1. Scope of Engagement
Ayadevhub agrees to provide technical design, software engineering, and automation services in accordance with an approved Product Requirements Document (PRD) generated during technical onboarding.
2. Milestone-Based Payment Structure
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, all client engagements operate strictly on a Two-Milestone Payment Schedule:
- Milestone 1 (50% Upfront Deposit): Required upon mutual sign-off of the PRD prior to initiating architectural provisioning or development sprints.
- Milestone 2 (50% Completion Balance): Invoiced only after the interactive preview is delivered and client verification confirms conformance with the PRD.
3. Interactive Preview & Verification Gate
Prior to final invoice settlement, Ayadevhub deploys an interactive, functional preview instance hosted under a confidential, unguessable URL:
- Preview environments are strictly temporary and expire automatically after 14 days.
- Previews are provided for functional verification only and must not be used in live production operations.
- Any scope revisions requested during preview must align with the approved PRD. Material changes outside the PRD require a formal scope addendum.
4. Intellectual Property & Code Handover
All intellectual property, proprietary source code, software artifacts, and deployment credentials remain the sole property of Ayadevhub until Milestone 2 has been fully settled and cryptographically verified via our payment gateway webhook. Upon verified settlement, all rights, title, and interest in the custom deliverables are unconditionally transferred to the client.
5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
Ayadevhub warrants that deliverables will operate substantially in accordance with the PRD for a period of 30 days following final delivery. Defect remediations within scope are performed at zero additional charge during this warranty window.
