Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Principle of Fair Risk Allocation
At Ayadevhub, we design our engagement structure to be completely fair and risk-mitigated for both parties. Our 50% deposit / 50% completion balance model ensures that you never pay the final contract balance unless you have personally tested and approved the functioning software in a live preview environment.
2. Milestone 1 (50% Deposit) Refund Terms
- Cancellation Prior to Build Kick-off: If a project is cancelled within 48 hours of deposit payment and before engineering or architecture sprints have commenced, a full refund of Milestone 1 will be issued minus standard third-party payment processing fees.
- Cancellation After Engineering Commences: Once custom architecture, design, and code generation have actively begun, the Milestone 1 deposit becomes non-refundable to cover consumed developer hours, infrastructure allocations, and third-party API costs.
3. Milestone 2 (50% Balance) Protection
Milestone 2 is billed only after you test the interactive preview environment. If the preview fails to satisfy the functional requirements agreed upon in the approved PRD, we will perform necessary remediations at zero additional cost. In the unlikely event that remediation cannot fulfill the approved PRD, you are under no obligation to pay Milestone 2, and no final balance invoice will be issued.
4. Post-Delivery Policy
Following the completion of Milestone 2, verified payment confirmation, and the final handover of source code and credentials, payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible transfer of intellectual property and digital assets. Deliverables remain protected under our 30-day functional warranty.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an error has occurred with an invoice or charge, please contact our support desk directly via Telegram (@AyadevhubBot) or email before initiating a formal banking dispute. We are committed to resolving billing inquiries cooperatively and expeditiously.
